What's the beef?
Riley wants more money to tear down dangerous, abandoned homes. Skaggs likes the idea but told Riley he had his chance eight weeks ago -- and spent the cash on new trash receptacles instead.
After the shouting, it looks like the hired help will find another $1 million to help solve a $3 million problem.
