Diogenes of KC

What about KC's commitment to the citizens of KC? Basic services are at an all time low -- nearly nonexistent. Stadiums, Arenas, Entertainment Centers, and Aquatic Centers amid trash, rats, horrible streets, crime and, according to McFadden Weaver, 14 foot snakes!

Has anyone seen a single City street resurfacing project this season? Even though more money was voted (in light turnout) for infrastructure. Most taxpayers do not get TIF'd or tax-abated or are otherwise eligible to join the party being thrown Downtown (to what avail). Assessed values go up, the City's levy goes up (so much for rollback requirements) and services vanish.
