UPDATE:
The long arm of the law stepped in.

The Libertarian party of Kansas kicks off a three-day fundraiser in Topeka today.
Chairman Rob Hodgkinson says they're holding the get-together on land owned by a Libertarian, and sometimes used by the Back To Eden Nudist Colony.
Clothing is expected. So are 100 people or so.
Rob also says legal fireworks are possible. Shawnee County has tried to stop use of the land for nudity gatherings, and perhaps the fundraiser, on zoning grounds.
Hodgkinson says he's going ahead with the get-together: "This is political free speech," he told KC Buzz Blog.

What would you think if the police suddenly blocked access to your house because you had announced that you were going to have some people over to do a policitcal fundraiser? Is that a "commercial event" just because money changes hands?
The police forcibly blocked access to the land to all except the landowner himself. He could not bring anyone on the land with him for any purpose. It was his paid employee who first notified him of the police barricade when he could not get in to do his job.
This is so outrageous that it is hard to believe but that is exactly what happened. So when you folks hear us freedom loving Libertarians worrying about a burgeoning police state, maybe now you will know what we are talking about. Maybe you will wake up and help us stop it!
