Not Robo-Christ

OMG? Who would ever think our president would lie his ass off to start a war that made him and his family billions of $$$ richer?

It's "ABSOLUTEULY UNBELIEVABLE" that anyone can still support this War.

Un-American Baby Killers is what they are. Anti-Christian Killerbots.

Un-American Baby Killers is what they are. Anti-Christian Killerbots.

Sorry that Vietnam talking points won't work this time.

It's "ABSOLUTEULY UNBELIEVABLE" that anyone can still support a liberal.

Not Billy Graham

The above exchange is a perfect example of what happens when over testosterated American Males skip Sunday School and listen to too much Rush Limbaugh.

Please, don't think this idiot responding to Not Guy, in any way reflects the intelligence or actual Biblical knowledge of ANY American Christian.

We're SO embarrassed.

LiberalBrooksideRules!

Great Response Not Billy Graham.

People know where we stand in the war and will be voting our leadership out accordingly. Hostile Limbaughlites are really in panic it seems.

"Blah Blah Blah Keep complaining while us dirty names keep winning elections."

Hey 3:23, come back and see us November 8. You won't be so smug the day after your party gets booted out.

"We're Christians, we just don't agree with what Christ said..."

Will you be repeating that in Church this Sunday???

Engawyer,
She was hailed as a bulldog prosecutor not an auditor, and she was tough on crime, I will give her credit for that. What I am talking about is the corruption in Jackson County Government, she was unable or unwilling to do anything about that. And no, I do not know her personally, but I do have friends and co-workers that knew her personally as prosecutor, and even though they are voting for her, they will admit that she is crooked (some even say a little crazy).
Peace out brother.

Not Sarcastic at ALL!

Anon 4:28

You don't DO sarcasm, do you?

Not Tet Offensive

Hey, Anonymous Un-American Baby Killer, Bushy W. was the one who SAID 'Nam and 'Raq were similar.

This is the only reason they keep winning. Machines. They own them.

With a major GOP federal court victory, the Ohio 2006 election has descended into the calculated chaos that has become the trademark of a Karl Rove election theft, and that could help keep the Congress in Republican hands nationwide.

Through a complex series of legal maneuvers, and now a shocking new decision from the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the GOP has thrown Ohio's entire process of voting and vote counting into serious disarray. The mess is perfectly designed to suppress voter turnout, make election monitoring and a recount impossible, and allow the Republican Party to emerge with a victory despite overwhelming evidence the electorate wants exactly the opposite.

There is no way to win if they are going to use these machines. They are Rigged.

MIAMI HERALD: Touch-Screen Votes Hopping from Democrats to Republicans in South Florida!
ES&S iVotronic Machine Same as Those Reportedly Flipping Votes in Missouri Senate Race in St. Louis County…
[UPDATED: Another Report, from Tampa Bay Tribune, of Votes Hopping from Democratic Candidates to Republicans!]

The Miami Herald is reporting that votes on touch-screen voting systems in in South Florida are flipping from Democrat to Republican candidates.

Not a single report of a vote flipping from a Republican to a Democrat so far. As usual.

THOSE Nam-era "Talking Points" working for you, genius?

Here's the BEST 'Nam Era talking point for today: kids saying "Hell No, We Won't Go" to recruiters.

Engawyer

I HOPE YOU'RE WRONG JOHN EVANS. DEMOCRATS AND MODERATES NEED TO DO TWO THINGS.

GET OUT THE VOTE -"EACH ON BRING ONE" IS WHAT I SAY.

AND PUT A TRUE DEMOCRATIC JUDGE IN EVERY PRECINCT FROM THE OPENING OF THE DOORS TO THE FINAL HAND-OFF OF THE BALLOT BOX OR MACHINES.

...BUT YOU ARE RIGHT. WITH NO SINGLE INDEPENDENT ENTITY (SAY THE DYNAMIC FORMER PRESIDENT DUO OF H.W. AND BILL) THESE ELECTIONS ARE MEANINGLESS. HMMM,...I AM GUESSING THAT THE FATHER OF DEMOCRACY (PROBABLY SOME GREEK GUY) HAS ALREADY PONDERED THIS POSITION. I'LL GET ON IT.

Engawyer

AH THE FATHER OF DEMOCRACY WAS SOLON THE GREEK ...ACCORDING TO MOST. FOR EXAMPLE, SEE

I'LL READ ON.

I gots a question fors y'alls.

Why is it that when women criticize men and have their own little clubs it's called empowerment and liberation, but when men have their organizations (boy scouts, professional golf) it's called a "good ol' boy's club" and sexist.

(by the way, both the boy scouts and the PGA have counterpart organizations that are for women).

Let the name calling and partisanship begin.

political moderate

craig---I've read the discussion between you and engawyer.
You agree that she accomplished a lot as Jackson County prosecutor. Presumably, you agreed that she was been a very effective auditor. She has looked at more of the processes of government and challenged the state to do more in terms of accountibility than any of her predecessors.

You read and acknowledged Jim Talent's absentee rate at critical committee meeting involving the War in Iraq. And, even when he was present he failed to ask even simple questions of our military and defense leaders.

You know he voted against giving our troops the protective equipment required.

What in the name of goodness are you supporting in Jim Talent? I really don't understand.

plattecohighschooler

We really don't understand why you support McCaskill.

Really, this whole blog is pointless. No one's opinion is gonna be changed. Let's all just leave so we can do something with our lives.

craig

Political Moderate,
My point is that I don't necessarily support Talent, I just can't think of any way to vote for Claire. My question is this. With all the corruption and misappropriation in Jackson County during her term as County Prosecutor and her term as State Auditor, how can you make the claim that she will "clean up washington, and hold the Republicans accountable?"

John Evans

Because It will put John Conyers in as Chairman of the Judiciary. As Ranking Member He Has Been Holding Inquiries and has plenty of evidence of wrong dion in many areas by the Administration. The Republicans have Blocked His Efforts to Provide Oversight. The Senate will Finally Decide the Outcome and Claire Would help Clean up the mess Talent helped to create.

St. Louis Named Most Dangerous U.S. City
By CHRISTOPHER LEONARD, AP

ST. LOUIS (Oct. 30) - Just days after the St. Louis Cardinals won the top honor in Major League Baseball, their hometown jumped to first place on a list no one wants to lead: the most dangerous cities in the United States.

Way to Go Big MO We're #1. WE BAD. Wonder if they'll hand out a trophy with Big Gun on it.
