Vote Democratic or just don't vote.

Democracy at its finest!

"I just hope I get close enough to Tony Snow to smell him"

-Jim Talent

Ed Friedemann

As White House Tony Snow comes to St. Louis tonight to stump for Jim Talent, good conservatives keep this in mind.

As a Conservative Republican I helped George W. Bush get elected as first Texas Governor, then US President.

But I didn't get what I voted for as president and neither did you.

Instead of a conservative Republican president, steeped in what I consider traditional Republican values, I got a religious fanatic, dedicated the the destruction of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Not even close to what I had in mind.

Bush, with Jim Talent's help has made a failed foreign policy even worse by violations of International Law, total disregard for the Geneva Conventions by committing war-crimes, while maiming and killing American soldiers, nearly 30,000 dead and wounded so far and no end in sight.

Jim Talent has been party and part, along with Bush to the savagery inflicted on Palestinian Arabs, Lebanese Arabs, Afghanistan Arabs and Iraqi Arabs.

And in all that not bothering to spare even the innocent men women and children. all this to serve what American advantage or calling?....None whatsoever.

I disagree strongly with some Democratic positions on issues, but I'm asking, no I'm begging you to vote for Democrat Clair McCaskill for the US Senate. She can help to block some of the crimes against humanity and the assault against the Constitution of America, now being carried out by Bush with Jim Talent's support.

The United States finds itself at a critical crossroad, between liberty and a Gestapo styled regime, which treats the world with contempt and has laws in place to do the same to American citizens.

Don't let them do this to America or you and me. As you can see, I'm not ready to give-up the United States to a bunch of carpetbaggers. Are You?

Vote Democratic or just don't vote.

Vote Democratic or just don't vote.

Ed make up your mind. First you tell the democrats to not vote because voting machines are rigged not your telling them to vote? Why you keep flip-flopping, is John Kerry your idol?

Ed Friedemann

Nonsense..............11:44 AM

And to that other "no name poster"

Yes, this is democracy in action, as in the right to choose between your Gestapo or a Constitutional Democratic government.

Throws water on your plans for "no need for a election" with your Dictatorial Government in place come 2008.

Your "Boy" let in slip when he blurted-out "I'm the Decider," "And I'll decide," "and quit throwing that Constitution in my face, it's nothing more than G-D piece of paper."

We know where you live, as we say in Texas.

"Yes, this is democracy in action,"

Telling people to either vote a certain party or to not exercise their constitutional right to vote is democracy in action??

anon @219
I guess that means that Tony Snow got the job due to his ability and integrity, not because he was a "Bush Apoligist".

Ed Friedemann

"Telling people to either vote a certain party or to not exercise their constitutional right to vote is democracy in action??" { one question mark asks the question }

Yes, Ward, when the choice is between your Gestapo styled Dictatorship and Democracy, of course it is.

If you can't understand that simple concept, Ward, then no wonder your still willing to allow Bush to wreck this Democracy.

Ed Friedemann

"Ed make up your mind. First you tell the democrats to not vote because voting machines are rigged not your telling them to vote? Why you keep flip-flopping, is John Kerry your idol?"

I have never written one word about the voting machines.

If you have difficulties tell the truth about me, it would be better to say nothing.

"then no wonder your still willing to allow Bush to wreck this Democracy."

Nice assumption there, Ed...

Tony Snow On President Bush: ‘An Embarrassment,’ ‘Impotent,’ ‘Doesn’t Seem To Mean What He Says’

Fox News’ Tony Snow is expected to be named White House Press Secretary. Here’s some of what he’s had to say about the President:

– Bush has “lost control of the federal budget and cannot resist the temptation to stop raiding the public fisc.” [3/17/06]

– “George W. Bush and his colleagues have become not merely the custodians of the largest government in the history of humankind, but also exponents of its vigorous expansion.” [3/17/06]

– “President Bush distilled the essence of his presidency in this year’s State of the Union Address: brilliant foreign policy and listless domestic policy.” [2/3/06]

– “George Bush has become something of an embarrassment.” [11/11/05]

– Bush “has a habit of singing from the Political Correctness hymnal.” [10/7/05]

– “No president has looked this impotent this long when it comes to defending presidential powers and prerogatives.” [9/30/05]

– Bush “has given the impression that [he] is more eager to please than lead, and that political opponents can get their way if they simply dig in their heels and behave like petulant trust-fund brats, demanding money and favor — now!” [9/30/05]

– “When it comes to federal spending, George W. Bush is the boy who can’t say no. In each of his three years at the helm, the president has warned Congress to restrain its spending appetites, but so far nobody has pushed away from the table mainly because the president doesn’t seem to mean what he says.” [The Detroit News, 12/28/03]

– “The president doesn’t seem to give a rip about spending restraint.” [The Detroit News, 12/28/03]

– “Bush, for all his personal appeal, ultimately bolstered his detractors’ claims that he didn’t have the drive and work ethic to succeed.” [11/16/00]

– “Little in the character of demeanor of Al Gore or George Bush makes us say to ourselves: Now, this man is truly special! Little in our present peace and prosperity impels us to say: Give us a great man!” [8/25/00]

– “George W. Bush, meanwhile, talks of a pillowy America, full of niceness and goodwill. Bush has inherited his mother’s attractive feistiness, but he also got his father’s syntax. At one point last week, he stunned a friendly audience by barking out absurd and inappropriate words, like a soul tortured with Tourette’s.” [8/25/00]

– “He recently tried to dazzle reporters by discussing the vagaries of Congressional Budget Office economic forecasts, but his recitation of numbers proved so bewildering that not even his aides could produce a comprehensible translation. The English Language has become a minefield for the man, whose malaprops make him the political heir not of Ronald Reagan, but Norm Crosby.” [8/25/00]

– “On the policy side, he has become a classical dime-store Democrat. He gladly will shovel money into programs that enjoy undeserved prestige, such as Head Start. He seems to consider it mean-spirited to shut down programs that rip-off taxpayers and mislead supposed beneficiaries.” [8/25/00]

Ed it must suck to even think that you dems aren't entitled to power anymore.

Ed Friedemann

It must really suck to be you.

Just another Snow job from the GOP.

Just another complaining liberal who can't get anyone elected.

"Just another complaining liberal who can't get anyone elected."

Hey 3:09, come back and see us November 7.

Yeah, and I want to raise your taxes too, 3:09. Very creative. Yawn.

Hey 3:09, runnin' scared yet? "Liberals" are gonna take back the House and Senate next month. It will be too hard for the Rovian criminal base to Diebold-rig elections this time.

I'm not in the top 10%. The "tax cut" didn't help me.

Another claim on rigging the election boy you know how to scare your side to not even coming to vote....running scared??? more like sittin laughing!

I'm not in the top 10%. The "tax cut" didn't help me.

Claire is that you??? Bring your money back over here from Bermuda and it would.

Ed Friedemann

Democrats are not all "liberal."

They're not sane either.

So Tony Snow-Job is on the stump for Jim No-Talent. Yawn. Bore. Zzzzzz...
